Room 7 - Mrs Sarah Mc Guire

Room 7 is very busy working on the Wilson programme among many other things.  The children is room 7 are busy re-learning their sounds, learning to 'hear' sounds and writing the sounds they hear or see.

As everyone in room 7 will atest to, this is a slow and tiring process but the benefits we are seeing are making our efforts worthwhile.  It takes a lot of practice and repetition to get it right but we are getting there!

We have many creative and aspiring artists that love art class on Wednesday afternoons.  We gave a presentation to our school at assembly on Henry Matisse and demonstrated how he created his pictures.

We are looking forward to writing books for the Write-A-Book project in the new year.
